Ashley Olson scored 19 Tuesday as the Blue Earth Area Buccaneers girls’ basketball team defeated the United South Central Rebels 52-44 in Blue Earth.

Blue Earth (10-6 overall, 2-4 South Central) made six 3-pointers on the night, five of them were made by Olson.

The Buccaneers also outrebounded the Rebels(15-6,11-1 Gopher) 34-30.

Kayla Stenzel and Danielle Koestler both had nine points a piece for the Rebels.

Stenzel led USC with 11 rebounds.

USC is back in action on Friday at 7:30 p.m. against Randolph in Randolph.
