Wolverines rout Superlarks

Using a 21-0 run to start the game Tuesday, the Glenville-Emmons Wolverines boys’ basketball team cruised past the Grand Meadow Superlarks 83-37 in Grand Meadow.

Andrew Lau scored 26 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the double double, while Tyler Woodside scored 13 points.

Landon Hall added 11 points and eight assists for Glenville-Emmons.

Peter Hansen, who returned last Friday from injury, scored 10 points and dished out six assists for the Wolverines.

“Last Friday was first time we played as a whole team,” GE coach Dan Fredrickson said. ” This definitely shows where we stand in conferene when we have full lineup. It was a great game by the kids tonight and they are playing motivated basketball.”

The Wolverines recorded 28 assists as a team, while they tallied 17 steals.

With the win, the Wolverines claim a share of the Southeast conference championship and with a win on Thursday at 7:15 p.m. against LeRoy-Ostrander in Glenville, they can win the title out right.
