Brandon and Ellie Drescher of Austin announce the birth of a son, Brecken Michael Drescher, on Feb. 12, 2012, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin. Brecken weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces.

Grandparents are Mike and Deb Drescher of Albert Lea and Bob and Nancy Sanderson of Hawarden, Iowa. Great-grandfather is Clarence Anema of Ireton, Iowa.
