Two athletes from New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva had notable performances on Tuesday at a track and field meet in Blooming Prairie.
TJ Schiltz, who had set a school record last Thursday in Mapleton in the 1,600-meter run, beat it again. The new school record now stands at 4 minutes and 37.08 seconds.
In addition, Carlie Wagner set a record at the meet. Competing in the high jump, Wagner set a record at 5 feet and 6 inches. The record was not only reset for the school, but also for the conference.
