Albert Lea police arrested Lonny Richard Broitzman, 67, for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 10:34 p.m. Friday at 820 Happy Trails Lane, according to reports. Broitzman was also cited for failure to move for an emergency vehicle and open container violations.

Police arrested Ezra John Behrends, 36, for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 2:02 a.m. Saturday at 1210 E. Main St., according to reports.

Police arrested Matthew Dylan Harmdierks for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated at 3:49 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Pearl Street and South Washington Avenue, according to reports.

 

6 cited for underage consumption

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited several people for underage drinking Saturday in Emmons.

According to reports, Amber Augusta Paden, 19, Kaylan Marie Hobbs, 20, and Scott Michael Evans, 19 were cited at 10:07 p.m. Saturday.

Alex Raymond Burkard, 19, was cited at 11:30 p.m., and Dru Morgan Opdahl, 20, was cited at 12:22 a.m. Sunday, reports stated.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Zackary Dean Williamson, 19, for underage drinking after dispatchers received a report of people shooting off fireworks at 204 Main St. in Myrtle, according to reports.

 

Wallet taken from vehicle

A wallet was reported taken from a vehicle parked at 208 Sixth Ave. at 6:47 a.m. Friday, according to police.

 

Fuel stolen

Seventy gallons of diesel fuel were reported siphoned out of a truck while parked at Dave Syverson Ford Truck Center at 3:14 p.m. Friday, according to police.

 

Window broken out

A window was reported broken out of Conger Meat Market, 100 William Ave., Conger, at 5:28 a.m., Saturday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.
