Ritchie coming to Albert Lea

Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie is slated to come to Albert Lea Oct. 2 to make a presentation about the proposed voter ID amendment in the upcoming election.

Ritchie is slated to speak at 8:45 a.m. in the Freeborn County Boardroom.
