Prosecutors accuse Tiffany of helping Tom Rasmusson get the illegal drugs that killed him.

Rasmusson was found dead in his car in the driveway of a friend Aug. 10. A syringe and a large spoon were in his lap.

An autopsy found Rasmusson died of an overdose of drugs including methamphetamines and heroin.

Tiffany remains in jail and is due back in court Oct. 29. A call left for his attorney was not immediately returned.
