President Dorothy Wedge called the October meeting to order. The minutes were read by Secretary JoAnn Holstad. Alice Petersen read the treasurer report. They were approved and placed on file.

There were two amendments to be voted on at the annual convention on Oct. 12-14 at Clinton, Iowa. The group voted to accept the two amendments.

The club accepted the motion to keep the officers for another year. They voted to not prepare and turn in annual committee reports to cut down on the paperwork that has to be placed on file. The group does not have the records in the minutes of the secretary. They will also be giving to the Audubon Society for the school children.

Wa Tan Ye members will usher for the community theater on Oct. 11. They will sell dish cloths at the Northbridge Mall on Nov. 2 and Nov. 10.

The group collected $29 for the food shelf. Wedge adjourned the meeting. Holstad was hostess for the meeting. The next meeting will be Nov. 5.
