Albert Lea police arrested Alex Patrick Hernandez, 24, on a Mower County warrant, fleeing on foot, false information and fifth-degree possession at 10:31 p.m. Sunday on the 800 block of Water Street.

According to reports, police responded to the street after receiving a call from a neighbor who had heard a disturbance in the street.

Officers responded to the address and ultimately chased after Hernandez who fled on foot.
