Two rocks were thrown at the Albert Lea Tribune building, 808 W. Front St., at 7 p.m. Saturday.
A woman living near the Tribune reporting the incident said she witnessed a young Hispanic male wearing a jacket with yellow letters, about 23 years old with a stocking cap and light gray pants.
Police did speak to a man who tested drunk and was referred to a probation agent.
It was unclear whether the man spoken to was connected to throwing the rock.
