2 arrested after stolen vehicle recovered

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Roger Gaylen Lind, 22, and Brandarion Lekeem Fuller, 22, both of Paris, Texas, for theft of a vehicle after deputies found a silver Acura with Texas plates that reportedly ran out of gas near the intersection of Interstate 35 and U.S. Highway 65 at 8:21 p.m. Tuesday.

Items were reported missing from a residence at 212 E. Seventh St. at 2:30 p.m. Monday, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Pull tab machine broken into

The pull tab machine at the Where it Matters bar, 1119 S. Broadway, was reported broken into at 4:10 p.m. Monday, police stated.

 

Medication missing

Pain medication was reported missing from 107 First Ave. in Myrtle at 6:50 p.m. Sunday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Man arrested after assault

A 24-year-old woman was reportedly transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea at 2:24 a.m. Tuesday after a report of a domestic assault at 115 1/2 E. Clark St. Police arrested Joseph Allen Deleon, 24, of Albert Lea, for misdemeanor domestic assault. Police stated the woman was reportedly punched in the face and was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
