Pork for Hurricane Sandy: Chuch Schumer, senator from New York, is pushing this bill for $60.4 billion. The amount needed for the hurricane is $9 billion. The other $50-plus billion is pork for senators to get their votes. I would like to see the Albert Lea Tribune report on this bill and all other bills as to how our senators and representatives vote. I think every major bill should be shown in the Tribune and Minnesota votes, so we know how they are dealing with the $16 trillion debt issue.
