Mark and Kelly Hicman of Otsego, announce the birth of a son, Arthur James Hickman, on Jan. 4, 2013, at Buffalo Hospital in Buffalo. Arthur weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Grandparents are Jerry and Jan Hickman and Don and Julie Yost, all of Albert Lea. Great-grandparents are Arnold and Erma Levisen and Charles and Lorna Troe, all of Albert Lea.
