Starla Haney

Starla Jean Haney, 55, of Scarville, Iowa, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Methodist Hospital in Rochester. A funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Salem Lutheran Chuch in Lake Mills. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Mittelstadt Funeral Home, 902 E. Main St. in Lake Mills and will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday.
