I-35 ramp closed after semi overturns

The Freeborn County Road 46 ramp to Interstate 35 southbound is closed due to an overturned semi, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Traffic is being diverted up to the I-35 and I-90 interchange for the next hour.
