MINNEAPOLIS — Authorities say several adults and children escaped from a burning boat on Lake Minnetonka.

The boat caught fire on Robinson Bay on Sunday. Heavy, black smoke billowed from the boat. The boat’s occupants got a ride to safety from other boaters.
