After losing two straight games by one run, the Northwood-Kensett softball team got back on track with a 7-6 win Thursday over Garner-Hayfield/Ventura.

Shelby Low led the Vikings pitching and at the plate. She struck out 11 batters and allowed two walks in seven innings. Offensively, she was four-for-four with two runs scored, a double and a home run.

Next, Northwood-Kensett plays at Nashua-Plainfield at 7:30 p.m.
