Two people were reportedly injured Friday evening after a crash on East Main Street near the road’s intersection with St. Thomas Ave.

According to police, Joshua Madson was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea for his injuries. Nicole Madson also received minor injuries but was not transported to the hospital.

Reports stated Joshua and Nicole Madson were driving eastbound on Main Street in a motorcycle when a 1997 white Mercury, driven by Wesley Harold Evans, 78, pulled out in front of him.

Evans was cited for failure to yield.

Joshua Madson was listed as the driver of the motorcycle.

The crash took place at 6:55 p.m.
