‘Happy Days’ had lots of supportersPublished 5:41pm Saturday, July 20, 2013
Our whirlwind week with Marion Ross highlighting the “Happy Days, a New Musical” production has come to a close. Many thank yous are in order, beginning with Ms. Ross herself. What a gracious lady! Thanks for making us feel special.
At the risk of missing someone, we need to acknowledge Country Inn and Suites, Dave Syverson Ford, Pelican Breeze II, Susie Petersen and the Albert Lea Convention and Visitors Bureau, Pat and Arnie Mulso and the Freeborn County Historical Society, Neil and Barb Lang, Bob and Joyce Nixon, Don and Mary Ellen Johnson, Carol and David Wolters, Al Wiesert and Hy-Vee, Marty Shepard, Barb Butler and Carole Bower at the Albert Lea Art Center, City Manager Chad Adams and Mayor Vern Rasmussen and members of the media.
A special thanks to the cast and crew of “Happy Days, a New Musical,” and the more than 40 volunteers who made the show the talk of the town. We’re so proud of the ACT organization.
