Q: Who is your immediate family?
A: My mom is Nicole, dad is Chad and my brother is Dalton.

Q: What sports are you involved in?
A: I play football, and I used to play basketball. Now, I lift weights in the off-season instead.

Q: How did you get started playing football?
A: I grew up watching the Green Bay Packers, and I’ve been around it my entire life. I’ve always loved football. No matter what we had, whether it was flag football back in fifth grade or whatever, I’ve always been part of football in Albert Lea.

Q: What are your sports-related achievements?
A:  I haven’t won any individual awards yet, but I’m hoping for a good season this fall.

Q: What are your sports-related goals?
A:  I want to win homecoming, and I definitely want to beat Austin. We’ve beaten Austin for a long stretch of time, so it would be nice to keep that up. We haven’t won our homecoming in a long time, so I want to win it this year.

Q: Who do you play this year on  homecoming?
A: We play Mankato East. We beat them last year for their homecoming, so they’ll be hungry.

Q: Which NFL player inspires you?
A: Watching the Packers, I’d say Brett Favre. He’s my favorite player of all time by far. He was just fun to watch, and I model myself after him. He’d make crazy plays happen.

Q: What is your favorite school subject?
A: Math. I like solving problems.

Q: Who is your favorite teacher?
A: My history teacher, Kurt Barickman. He’s down to earth, and he really connects with his students.

Q: What is your dream job?
A: I don’t really have one.

Q: Not even quarterback of the Green Bay Packers?
A: Yeah, that would definitely be a dream.

Q: What is your favorite movie or
TV show?
A: “Friday Night Lights” for both of those. The movie and the TV show are pretty good. I also like “Lost.”

Q: What is your favorite food?
A: My mom’s enchiladas.

Q: What is an interesting fact about you?
A: I played center last year, but this year I’m back at quarterback. I played quarterback first, but then I was really got into weight lifting, and I became one of our strongest players. We were a little bit light last year, so coach asked me to switch positions, so I did that.
