On an almost weekly basis we hear how the Affordable Care Act is nothing like the promises President Barack Obama made. Here are just a few:

Democrat Max Baucus, “I just see a huge train wreck coming down.”

The Obama Administration realizes the problems with ACA. From USA Today: “WASHINGTON —The Obama administration announced Tuesday it is delaying until 2015 the requirement that businesses with more than 50 employees provide health insurance to their workers or pay a penalty. The announcement by the Internal Revenue Service comes after numerous complaints from businesses that the requirements were too complicated and difficult to implement in time.”

From WSJ.com: “The leaders of three major U.S. unions, including the highly influential Teamsters, have sent a scathing letter to Democratic leaders in Congress, warning that unless changes are made, President Obama’s health care reform plan will “destroy the foundation of the 40-hour work week that is the backbone of the American middle class.”

From Investors.com: “Temporary staffing jobs hit a record 2.68 million in May as employers look to lighten the burden of Obamacare’s regulations and fines for failing to provide full-time workers health coverage.”

From Huffington Post: “Schools throughout much of Indiana are cutting the hours of coaches, teachers aides, bus drivers, cafeteria workers and other support staff in an attempt to avoid having to offer them health insurance under the 2010 Affordable Care Act, the Louisville Courier-Journal reports.”

From Forbes.com: “Insurance Analysts: Obamacare to Increase Out-of-Pocket Premium Costs, Despite Lavish Subsidies.”

One of the first Obamacare exceptions given by the EPA was to Avenal Energy Center. Avenal uses GE turbines. GE is run by Jeffrey Immelt, who works with Obama on his Council on Jobs and Competitiveness and is a contributor to Obama.
