Albert Lea police arrested Trevor Bradley White, 18, for driving while intoxicated after police received a report of suspicious people in the area of Willamor Road and Ridge Road at 3:52 a.m. today. Police also cited Jake Joseph Smith, 19, Nathan Walter Parker, 18, and Seth Matthew Prehn, 19, for underage drinking.
