A 2005 Pontiac Vibe was reported broken into at 1713 Stevens St. at 2:42 p.m. Saturday. An Alvarez acoustic guitar valued at about $500 and a GPS valued at $175 were reported stolen. The theft took place sometime Friday night.

Albert Lea police received a report that six CDs and three children’s DVDs were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1118 Crestview Road. The theft reportedly took place between 9:30 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday.
