Norman Waters

Norman R. Waters, 81, of Fairfield, Iowa, died on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He was the son of Harold and Marian Davidson Waters. A memorial will be at 2 p.m. Nov. 20 at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
