Politicians today fail the past ones

“Four score and seven years ago.” — Abraham Lincoln, Gettysburg Address, the greatest speech ever given by an American president.

“We have nothing to fear, but fear itself.” — Franklin D Roosevelt, 1933 first inaugural address.

“The buck stops here.” — Harry Truman, 1952, an example of a president accepting responsibility.

“Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.” — John Kennedy, 1961 inaugural address, one of the greatest statements ever made. In those days a Democrat was really a Democrat, not a bleeding heart liberal.

“We have to pass it to see what’s in it.” — Nancy Pelosi, one of the stupidest and most arrogant statements ever made by a speaker of the House.

“What does it really matter?” — Hillary Clinton, response to questions on what she knew about the attack on Benghazi. Another stupid comment.

“If you like your insurance policy, you can keep it. If you like your doctor you can keep him.” — Barack Obama, two of the greatest lies ever told by an American president.

“I didn’t know anything about it.” — Barack Obama, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS scandal, NSA scandal, failing Obamacare roll out.

We have a president who appears to have no knowledge of what going on in his administration.

If any public corporation had rolled out an initial public offering that failed as badly as Obamacare has, the CEO would have been fired along with every officer who worked on the program. If the company survived the stockholders would have replaced the entire board of directors.

This administration, in all its “wisdom,” gave the Obamacare roll out program to a foreign company. When it failed, no one was fired! Instead hundreds of millions more were paid to the same company, to correct its own mess.

There are questions that must be answered.

Why was this program awarded to a foreign company?

Were there no American companies qualified to develop the program?

Didn’t the White House want to provide American jobs?

If a private sector subcontractor had done such shoddy work, they would have been sued to recover costs and damages. I doubt anything will be done to recover our wasted tax money. Obamacare has nothing to do with health care. It is a brazen attempt at government control.

Under Obamacare, you will pay more, wait longer, suffer more, get less and die younger.
