Students awarded scholarships

The W.C. Stillwell Foundation has announced the recipients of the W.C. Stillwell scholarship which is given to first-year medical students. The scholarship is awarded for each of the four years of medical school. Evan Nolander of Albert Lea was one of two recipients.

 

Andrew Tuchowski of Albert Lea was awarded a Wipfli LLP Scholarship in the amount of $1,000.

Tuchowski is attending St. Cloud State University.

The scholarship was awarded by the Herberger Business School’s department of accounting.

 

Matthew Buhr of Albert Lea was awarded the Merten Hasse Mathematics Scholarship to perform research at the University of South Dakota. Buhr is a second-year student.
