Capt. Dustin Nikituk said authorities were still searching for a female suspect. They focused on one building, but nearby buildings were evacuated as units were searched.

The Salvation Army is helping those who were evacuated.

Nikituk said it’s concerning anytime shots are fired and someone has a gun.

But he said it appears to be an isolated incident.
