DODGE CENTER — A Dodge Center woman is criminally charged in a car crash that killed a passenger.

Twenty-two-year-old Shyanne Jensen lost control of a car on county Road 7 in Dodge County July 8, went into a ditch and hit a tree. Eighteen-year-old Guy Carlson died in the crash. Jensen was airlifted to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

She’s charged with vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated, among other counts.
