Are police after DWIs or seat belts?

Seat belt sting. I got into town the morning of Oct. 14, seen the sign about seat belts, drove all the way through town and didn’t see one Albert Lea Police Department car. After 5 p.m. all I heard were sirens and saw a lot of people pulled over, and one DWI suspect being arrested. Question? Are DWIs down this month and this is a way to get more revenue for the city, or just another DWI sting? Maybe I am the only one thinking this.
