Utility cart stolen

A utility cart was reported stolen at 10:05 a.m. Thursday from 1516 Country Club Road. The cart was last seen Oct. 10.

 

Combine fire reported

A combine fire was reported at 3:39 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of 890th Avenue and 270th Street, in eastern Freeborn County.

 

Windows broken out

Six plastic windows were reported broken at 9:53 a.m. Friday at a Union Pacific Railroad building near the railroad tracks on Newton Avenue. Damage was estimated at $200.

The back window of a maroon Honda Civic was reported smashed out at 12:13 p.m. Friday at 1306 W. Clark St. Damage was estimated at $500. The incident reportedly took place between Wednesday and Friday.

 

Vandalism reported

A fence was reported spraypainted at 5:25 p.m. Friday at 710 Jefferson Ave.

 

Police cite for drugs, alcohol

Albert Lea police cited Logan Carle Cox, 18, and a juvenile for underage drinking after a traffic stop at 1:35 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of East Main Street and Prospect Avenue. Police also cited Jessica Dejesus Mendez, 22, for open container violation and drug paraphernalia and Kelsey Lynn Starman, 19, for open container violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and speeding.
