At 3:28 p.m., police received a report that the same dog had attacked a terrier and carried it down the street. The terrier ultimately died.

The owner of the boxer mix, Julie Anderson, 46, was cited for dog at large and was served dangerous dog paperwork. The dangerous dog declaration gives the owner 14 days to comply with a series of requirements to make sure the dog will not be a threat to any other person or animal.

The incident came Saturday after a previous dog bite by the same dog in July.
