MINNEAPOLIS — Prosecutors have charged two people in the fatal stabbing of a woman in downtown Minneapolis.

The Hennepin County attorney’s office charged 21-year-old Ivory May Andis and 22-year-old Tylor James Jorgensen with second-degree murder Friday in Thursday’s death of 44-year-old Dargenella Wade. Police found Wade inside the transit hub at a parking ramp near Target Field and Target Center.
