Thefts reported

A theft was reported from a garage at 12:49 p.m. Friday at 114 E. Fourth St.

A money order was reported stolen out of a truck sometime on Friday at 802 E. 18 1/2 St.

A blue bag was reported stolen from a vehicle at 8:54 p.m. Sunday at 73179 325th St., Hartland. The incident reportedly happened two nights prior.

A theft was reported out of a garage at 1:53 p.m. Sunday at 2010 S.E. Marshall St. The thefts reportedly took place June 28.

 

Man cited for drug paraphernalia

Police cited Thomas Eugene Everett, 40, for possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:57 a.m. Sunday at 2409 Myers Road.

 

Window damaged by BB gun

A window was damaged last week at 320 River Road in Glenville. The window was possibly damaged from a BB gun and the garage was spray-painted.

 

3 cited for underage drinking

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Scott Lenn Richie, 19, for underage drinking at 4:37 a.m. Friday at 14406 795th Ave., Glenville.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited William Alexander Mendez, 19, and Drew Dennis Manning, 18, for underage drinking at 11:51 p.m. Friday at 121 Main St., Emmons.

 

Gas drive-off reported

A gas drive-off was reported at 5:09 p.m. Saturday at 309 E. Main St., Clarks Grove.

House broken into

A house was reported broken into at 11:59 a.m. Sunday at 17518 S. U.S. Highway 65, Glenville.

 

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 11:19 a.m. Sunday at 2808 Bridge Ave.

 

Man injured in accidental gunshot wound

A man reportedly received an accidental gunshot wound to his hand Friday night after he tried to shoot a chipmunk at his home at 87387 245th St., Oakland. He received minor injuries and went to the hospital in Austin Saturday morning.

 

Dog bite reported

A 2-year-old was sent to the emergency room with a dog bite after a dog reportedly bit her on the wrist Tuesday afternoon. The incident happened at 27996 640th Ave., rural Wells.

 

Forged checks discovered

Checks were reported written out of a stolen book 10:29 p.m. Tuesday at 74482 State Line Road in Emmons.

 

1 cited for assault

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited one person for assault at 7:52 p.m. Tuesday at the Hayward Group Home near Albert Lea.

 

Man cited for shoplifting

Police cited Anthony Allen Kamish for shoplifting at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday at 1550 Blake Ave. in Albert Lea. Kamish was booked and released.
