Criminal damage reported

Tires were reported slashed at 12:04 p.m. Tuesday at 1318 Academy Ave. in Albert Lea. Damage was estimated at $120.

A door handle was broken and kick marks were reportedly left on a door at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday at 13868 787 Ave. near Glenville.

 

1 arrested for DWI

Police arrested Karie Linn Stapleton for driving while intoxicated and criminal damage to property at 12:39 p.m. Tuesday at 800 S. Fourth Ave. in Albert Lea. Stapleton allegedly broke out a window in another van.

 

1 cited for marijuana

Police cited Alexander James Alcala for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:35 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Front Street and South Newton Avenue.

 

Incident reported

Someone was allegedly flipping people off while driving at 1:46 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 13 and Freeborn County Road 101. The car was reportedly all over the road.
