Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea and Austin recently welcomed Jill Christensen, certified nurse practitioner to urgent care, and Renee Haugsdal, certified nurse practitioner, to its family practice at the Albert Lea campus.

Christensen received her degree from the Minnesota State University family nurse practitioner program in Mankato. She previously worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. Her special interests include dermatology and diabetes care.

Haugsdal received her family nurse practitioner degree from Minnesota State University in Mankato. She previously worked as a registered nurse at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Her special interest is health promotion throughout the lifespan.
