Houses broken into

A PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 were reported missing at 10:24 a.m. Wednesday at 1329 Margaretha Ave. About $300 was also reported missing from a safe that was broken into.

A window was reported broken out and items missing at 10:36 p.m. Saturday at 508 E. Sixth St.

A floor jack and grinder were reported stolen from a house at 8:58 a.m. Sunday at 80658 120th St., near Glenville.

 

4 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Stephanie Ann Mills, 33, for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 11:47 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Main Street and Pillsbury Avenue.

Police arrested Jessica Marie Tovar, 41, for driving while intoxicated at 1 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and East William Street.

Police arrested Luke Alan Stout, 22, for driving while intoxicated at 1:13 a.m. Sunday on Freeborn County Road 45, north of Interstate 90.

Police arrested Lance Bradley Hilpipre, 34, for second-degree driving while intoxicated at 1:34 a.m. Sunday at 906 W. Front St. Hilpipre was held on a gross misdemeanor driver’s license restriction.

 

1 cited for criminal damage to property

Police cited a juvenile male for criminal damage to property at 2:45 p.m. Friday at 408 Fountain St. There was a reported $30 to $50 in damage.

 

Lightbulbs stolen

At least a dozen lightbulbs were reported stolen from decorations at 5:59 p.m. Friday at the Freeborn County Historical Museum. Extra patrol was requested.

 

2 arrested on local warrants

Police arrested Oscar Paul Delossantos Jr., 20, on a local warrant for violating conditions of release at 8:13 p.m. Friday at Walmart.

Police arrested Christine Cathrine Thofson, 42, on a local warrant at 10:10 p.m. Friday at 918 Lincoln Ave.

 

1 arrested for theft

Police arrested Jesse Alan Manuel, 27, for misdemeanor theft, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 6:10 p.m. Sunday at 900 Hammer Road. Manuel was arrested after a suspicious male was reportedly loading frisbee baskets in a vehicle.

 

1 arrested for DOC warrant

Police arrested Semone Christian Harris, 23, on a Department of Corrections warrant, misdemeanor false information and domestic assault at 3:48 a.m. Saturday at 319 Adams Ave.

 

1 cited for obstruction

Police cited and arrested Ssekandi Tekoure O’Neal, 26, for obstruction at 2:25 a.m. Saturday at 319 Adams Ave.

 

1 cited for disorderly conduct

Police cited and arrested Julio Cruz Silva, 23, for disorderly conduct and fifth-degree assault at 12:42 a.m. Sunday at 134 W. William St. Silva was held for bail.

 

Vehicle on fire

A vehicle was reported on fire at 11:32 a.m. Friday at Interstate 35, four miles north of Albert Lea. No other information was available as of press time.

 

3 arrested for violations 

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jamie John Kujak, 27, for not having a Minnesota driver’s license within 60 days, gross misdemeanor no insurance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving without due care at 12:12 a.m. Saturday on Freeborn County Road 29.

Deputies arrested Margo Lynn Temple, 54, for a misdemeanor order for protection violation at 5:15 a.m. Sunday at 309 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove.

Deputies arrested Matt John Peterson, 40, at 2:02 p.m. Sunday at 106 Washington St. in Hollandale.
