Rodney Niebuhr

Rodney W. Niebuhr, 81, of Wells died Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Parkview Care Center in Wells. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Monday at United Methodist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
