1 arrested for drunken driving

Deputies arrested Jamie Lee Modene, 26, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated at 9:16 p.m. Sunday at 225 N. Powers Ave. in Alden.

 

1 arrested for arson

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jesse Lorren Langley, 28, for second-degree arson at 6:09 a.m. Tuesday on Freeborn County Road 95, north of Freeborn County Road 29, northwest of Albert Lea near Freeborn. Langley was arrested after a vehicle was found halfway in the roadway halfway burnt up. Langley reportedly set the vehicle on fire.

 

GPS taken

A GPS display monitor was reported taken at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday at 77847 209th St., outside Albert Lea. The display unit, valued at $5,000, was reportedly taken between March 21 and Monday.

 

Window broken

A window was reported broken at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday at 1516 E. Hawthorne St. The person suspected in breaking it reportedly left in a maroon pickup truck.

 

2 arrested on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Greydon David Wendt, 28, on a warrant for violating conditions of release for felony meth possession at 10:14 p.m. Tuesday at 812 W. Clark St.

Police arrested Terrance Durum Edwards, 31, on two Freeborn County warrants and a Rice County warrant at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday at 1318 E. Main St.

 

3 arrested in traffic stop

Deputies arrested Jared Ryan Pluth for fifth-degree possession of marijuana, fifth-degree possession of hallucinogenic mushrooms, fifth-degree possession of ecstasy, fifth-degree possession of a schedule two drug and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:09 a.m. Tuesday at the Interstate 35 northbound weigh station.

On the same traffic stop, Brandon Keith Smith was arrested for fifth-degree possession of marijuana, fifth-degree possession of a schedule four drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jason Michael Adams was arrested for fifth-degree possession of marijuana, fifth-degree possession of a schedule two drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Missing man reportedly found

A 19-year-old man was reported missing at 7:09 a.m. Tuesday at 23396 850th Ave., outside Oakland. The man was found later that day in Dane County, Wisconsin.
