Police arrested Brian Thomas Russell, 44, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated at 12:53 a.m. today at the intersection of East Main Street and Ulstad Avenue.

A payment made via electronic transfer was reported not valid at 2:26 p.m. Thursday at Albert Lea City Hall, 221 E. Clark St.

Albert Lea police arrested Patti Anne Behrens, 56, on a probation violation at 3:35 p.m. Thursday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center, 411 S. Broadway.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Samantha Sharice Dantzler, 21, on a Dakota County warrant for theft at 2:47 p.m. Thursday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

1 cited for marijuana violation

Deputies cited Harrison Louis Stiller, 25, for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle at midnight Thursday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 65 and Freeborn County Road 84, south of Interstate 35. Stiller was reportedly in possession of 2.6 grams of marijuana. He was also warned for having a headlight out and speeding.
