2 arrested on violations

Albert Lea police arrested Linda Lee Hernandez, 50, on a probation violation at 4:45 p.m. Monday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Police arrested Amy Sue Olson, 45, on an apprehension and detention order at 4:46 p.m. Tuesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

Bicycle stolen

A black Navigator bicycle was reported stolen at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday at 212 E. Fifth St. The 20-inch black bicycle reportedly had a basket on its right side and had a $200 value.

 

Purse, other items stolen

A purse and items were reported stolen from an apartment at 11:18 a.m. Tuesday at 134 W. Clark St.

 

Thefts by fraud reported

An IRS scam was reported at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday at 914 Jefferson Ave.

Fraudulent checks were reported for an item on Craigslist at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday at 535 W. Park Lane.
