One person was reported transported from a two-vehicle crash at 2:27 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Hammer Road. More information was not available at press time.

Two injured during fight

Two people were reported transported to the emergency room from a fight at 10:11 p.m. Friday at 203 E. Park St., Hollandale.

4 arrested, cited for drug possession, violation

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Roxy Ann Wacek, 59, for fifth-degree controlled substance possession at 4:02 p.m. Friday at 84130 150th St., outside Glenville.

Albert Lea police arrested Nicholas Tyler Olson, 29, for an alleged harassment restraining order violation at 12:30 a.m. Friday at 1204 Virginia Place.

Police cited a juvenile for possessing drug paraphernalia and another juvenile for possessing a small amount of marijuana after suspicious people were reported at 12:32 a.m. Saturday at 411 Commercial St.

2 arrested for drunken driving

Deputies arrested Gabriel Aguirre-Vasquez, 37, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and an open bottle violation after a suspicious vehicle was reported at 3:20 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Freeborn County Road 26 and 220th Street.

Police arrested Crystal Marie Tupa, 25, for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 5:56 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Seventh Street and St. Joseph Avenue.

Domestic incidents reported

Police arrested and cited Dale Ervin Pliska, 50, for misdemeanor domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 11:38 a.m. Friday at 22531 770th Ave.

A domestic incident was reported at 12:20 p.m. Sunday at 2414 Larson Ave.

8 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested Arturo Cena, 58, on Cottonwood County warrants at 6:11 p.m. Saturday at 17327 760th Ave., outside Albert Lea.

Police arrested Heather Rae Lindberg, 30, on a Freeborn County warrant at 9:35 a.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway Ave. A hold was placed on Lindberg by the Owatonna Police Department.

Police arrested Eddy De Los Santos, 48, on a local warrant at 3:02 p.m. Friday at 1019 James Ave.

Police arrested Joseph Allen Deleon, 29, on a warrant during a traffic stop at 10:06 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Ramsey Street.

Police arrested one person on an Olmsted County warrant and for possessing 1.4 grams or more of marijuana in a motor vehicle at 8:03 p.m. Saturday at 2011 E. Main St. At the scene, police cited Nancy Heuangsayaseng, 30, for possessing a small amount of marijuana.

Police arrested Nicholas Lee Tuttle, 34, on a local warrant at 4:23 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of St. Thomas Avenue and Columbus Avenue.

Zachary Joseph Albritton, 26, turned himself in on a local warrant at 4:43 a.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Police arrested a female on warrants at 5:07 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Frank Avenue and East Front Street. Her name was not available at press time. 

Buildings broken into, thefts reported

A shop was reported broken into at 12:22 p.m. Friday at 15872 820th Ave. outside Glenville.

A theft report was made at 7:05 p.m. Friday at 309 E. Main St., Clarks Grove.

A grain wagon was reported stolen at 8:16 p.m. Sunday at 70307 315th St., outside Hartland. The incident possibly occurred Saturday.

A break-in was reported at 9:32 a.m. Friday at 515 E. Sixth St. Items were missing.

A battery from a riding lawn mower was reported stolen at 4:08 p.m. Thursday at 317 Lakeview Boulevard.

An iPhone 6-plus valued at $600 was reported stolen at 6:15 p.m. Thursday at 702 E. 13th St.

Change and two rings were reported missing from a van at 5:07 a.m. Friday at 1328 St. John Ave. Suspects were described as between 17 and 20 years old. Loss was estimated at around $195.

A red tiller valued at $100 was reported stolen at 3:02 p.m. Friday at 416 Bridge Ave.

A laptop, kayak and leaf blower were reported stolen at 3:59 p.m. Saturday at 1606 Frank Hall Drive. Estimated loss was approximately $600.

A left rear door of a vehicle was reported keyed at 4:06 p.m. Saturday at 1409 Todd Ave.

Exposer, terroristic threats reported

A male in a parking lot reportedly exposed himself to employees at 8:30 a.m. Friday at 1550 Blake Ave.

A child was reportedly threatening people with a gun at 10:07 p.m. Thursday at 705 Alcove St.

Juveniles in a car were allegedly threatening to shoot people at 11:28 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Eberhart Street and Garfield Avenue.
