1 arrested after chase

Albert Lea police arrested Eddy De Los Santos, 49, for fleeing, driving after revocation and third-degree drug possession after a vehicle was allegedly not stopping at 10:22 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Edina Avenue and East 10th Street.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Joshua Adam Cole, 29, on a Murray County warrant during a traffic stop at 3:48 p.m. Sunday at 312 W. College St.

 

Plow truck starts on fire

A plow truck was reported on fire in a driveway at 5:51 a.m. Tuesday at 24168 770th Ave.

 

Domestic incidents reported

Police arrested Adam John Haeska, 30, for domestic assault after someone reportedly heard a male attacking a female at 11:18 a.m. Sunday at 213 S. Washington Ave.

Police arrested Kevin Badman Painter, 38, for a domestic abuse no-contact order violation after a violation of a harassment order was reported at 8:42 p.m. Monday at 1025 St. John Ave.

Someone was allegedly threatening to hurt a family member at 8:17 p.m. Sunday at 618 S. Fourth Ave. 

 

Thefts reported

A Jeep was reported stolen at 10:40 a.m. Sunday at the municipal parking lot at 205 W. William St.

A scam was reported at 6:50 p.m. Friday at 107 N. Ermina Ave. The alleged victim reportedly bought $800 in Google cards and gave numbers through email.

A house was reported burglarized again at 1:43 p.m. Friday at 1022 S. Newton Ave. The incident allegedly occurred the previous night, and loss was estimated at $800.

Ramps for loading an ATV onto a trailer were reported taken from a truck at 1:37 p.m. Monday at 21714 733rd Ave.

A house and garage were reported ransacked at 7:40 p.m. Monday at 822 W. Clark St. Padlocks on the back door of the residence and garage were removed. Damage was reported at $3 for the cost of screws. 

 

Assaults reported

Someone reported being assaulted by a neighbor at 3:24 p.m. Friday at 121 1/2 N. Broadway.

A 14-year-old reportedly hit a 17-year-old at 5:38 p.m. Friday at 1600 Edgewater Drive.

 

Harassment reported

Questions referencing sexual harassment were reported at 11:49 a.m. Saturday in Albert Lea.
