Obituaries appearing in the Jan. 29, 2001 edition of the Albert Lea Tribune:
Memorial services for June M. Morrison of Albert Lea were held in Mesa, Ariz., on Sunday, Jan. 28. An additional memorial service with interment is planned for this summer in Albert Lea. A notice will follow when the arrangements are finalized.
Funeral services for Minnie R. Hoium, age 90, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2, at the First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. The Rev. Don Rose will officiate. Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, at the Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the services at the church.
Jerry Fredrickson, age 60, of St. Paul, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. Arrangements are pending at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home.
Burnell Troe, age 86, of Lake Mills, Iowa, died Monday, Jan. 29, at St. Marys Hospital, Rochester. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Emmons Lutheran Church, Emmons. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the Mittelstadt Funeral Home, Lake Mills, and one hour before services at the church.
