Students at Sibley Elementary School stop by a water fountain during a break in classes Monday afternoon. Albert Lea schools have lost 52 students because of the Farmland fire, according to Sen. Grace Schwab (R-Albert Lea), who is proposing state aid for the school district to make up for the lost funding.
