John Coffey, 48, of Lake Mills, Iowa, formerly of Liberty Square Care Center in Nora Springs, Iowa, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2002 at the Baum-Harmon Mercy Hospital in Primghar, Iowa. There will be visitation from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1 at Middlestadt Funeral Home in Lake Mills with graveside services following at Salem Memorial Cemetery in Lake Mills.
