A 1995 Monte Carlo was reported broken into on the 300 block of Court Lane at 6:13 p.m. Monday, according to police reports.
Two cited for consumption
Police cited two juveniles with minor consumption during a traffic stop at 1:30 a.m. today at the intersection of South Broadway Avenue and East Clark Street, police reports stated.
