Eleanor Wolfe, 102, Albert Lea

Eleanor B. Wolfe, 102, of Albert Lea and formerly of Faribault, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2008, at the Albert Lea Good Samaritan Center.
Funeral services will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, Albert Lea, on Friday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Todd M. Walsh, officiating. Interment will be at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Faribault. Visitation will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, Albert Lea, on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. and also at the church on Friday for one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are being completed by the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault.
Eleanor B., the daughter of Herman and Pearl (Jones) Lindeman, was born on May 20, 1905, in Faribault. She graduated from Faribault High School. On May 14, 1927, she married Leonard C. Wolfe in Faribault and he preceded her in death on July 20, 1993. She worked for 28 years at Wilson and Co. of Faribault. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing cards at the Senior Center.
She is survived by two children, Richard Wolfe of Roswell, Ga., and Cyril Wolfe of Naples, Fla.; one daughter in law, Maxcine Wolfe of Owatonna; one grandson, David (and Susan) Wolfe of Hopkins; and one sister, Mae Duge of Sun City, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leonard; one son, Douglas; and one daughter in law, Marian Wolfe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Grace Lutheran Church, Albert Lea and the Good Samaritan Society.
