KIMT hires new account executive

KIMT General Sales Manager Mike Fitzgerald has announced that Ila Teskey has accepted the position of account executive.

Teskey grew up in Blue Earth and is a graduate of the Blue Earth High School.  She continued her education at Pipe Stone Area Vocational School where she graduated with a commercial tailoring degree. Her past work experience includes working at a fabric and sign machine store, managing the Fairbault County Register, and the Freeborn County Shopper, where she worked as the assistant manager.

She comes to KIMT from KAAL.  She started there in 1996 working in sales and was promoted to general sales manager in 2007. 

Teskey and her family reside in Wells. When she’s not working she enjoys gardening, sewing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.  She looks forward to serving business leaders in north Iowa and southern Minnesota.
