Ever notice the majority of the "driving without a valid license" offenses are commited by the hispanic population, while the Caucasian population seem to have trouble with dui's and speeding?
At least most of the white folk with driving offenses have licenses!

No License isn't my issue... It's these idiots that have no insurance that scares me!
I'll put it to you this way... If one of these guys hit you, be lucky to have insurance to pay for the repairs! Or.. what about this... I bet you have insurance but I'd bet you have $1000 deductible so if one of these idiots hit you?? Say good bye to hard earned money! God bless America!

Oh no, when one of these guys hit your daughter, they collect on your insurance, (you know, the ins I make my teenagers pay for with their money) lie to you about having insurance. Then when your 17 year old daughter tries to collect on their ins. they don't have any, so then you call the city and police, after you do their jobs, (finding out the hispanic non english speaking person has provided false ins.) Then your 17 yr old has to buy a new car with money she hasn't earned yet. Then you have to wait 10 mths to see it go to court because they need a translator and the City Attorney that was handling it now is a judge. Then when you call to check on the process of the whole thing you are put on hold and no body knows whats going on. Ins. $100/ month, speach classes free, new car $3000.00, the experience PRICELESS!!!

these comments are racist.
out of all of these convictions, there are 5 out of 27 with hispanic sir names and only 1 of the 5 was driving without a license.
that would make 22 of the 27 convictions caucasian or other.

you can call it racist if you want, however, I was just commenting on the facts as written. Perhaps it wouldn't appear so racist if the people of the races in question followed the laws a bit better? (starting with immigration, perhaps?)
