Gas line hit in Hollandale

Construction crews hit a two-inch gas line at 11:46 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Amsterdam and Rotterdam avenues in Hollandale, according to Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office reports. Homes were evacuated, and Alliant Energy crews responded at the scene to fix the line.

Window shot out

A window was reported shot out with a BB gun or airsoft gun at 213 First St. in Clarks Grove at 12:01 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports.
